Each Creator will receive one or more one-time use referral codes that they can share with their friends. You cannot advertise these codes, it is only to be shared individually with friends who you wish to bring on the platforms.
Once a Referred Creator has become a Verified Creator in accordance with the rules of the Referral Program described herein, we will pay you a Referral Fee equal to five percent (5%) of the Adjusted Net Receipts generated by the Referred Creator in the twelve (12) months after the date on which the Referred Creator becomes a registered User of SLUSHY (the “Initial Referral Period”), not to exceed $50,000 for the Initial Referral Period. Thereafter, and in perpetuity unless and until the Referred Creator’s Creator Account is terminated or deleted, we will pay you a Referral Fee equal to one percent (1%) of the annual Adjusted Net Receipts generated by the Referred Creator, not to exceed $10,000 per year.
We will process your referral income on or around the first day of every month.
“Adjusted Net Receipts” shall mean, with respect to each Member Payment earned by a Creator, that Member Payment less any chargebacks (including amounts paid as a result of credit card abuse or fraud, or paid to such Creator by us to settle a claim involving the allegation of credit card or other abuse or fraud), uncollectible revenue attributable to a Creator, or third-party transaction fees, the remainder of which will be split between SLUSHY and Creator in accordance with the terms set forth herein and in our Payment Policy.

You may not receive payment from a Member in exchange for providing such Member the chance to win anything of value, including without limitation in connection with a raffle, lottery, or any other kind of giveaway (collectively, a “Raffle”). Although we recognize a Raffle may enhance engagement with Members that support your Content and attract new Members to support your Content, we prohibit Raffles for the purpose of preventing SLUSHY and you from potentially violating applicable gambling laws.
