How do you sign up or login to your Slushy account?

We have gotten rid of traditional passwords. Our new system uses One-Time Passwords (OTP).

1. Login/ Sign up. Go to Slushy (preferably on your phone) and click Login/ Sign up
2. OTP. Enter your phone number and click “That’s my number!”
3. Verify. Type in your verification code sent to your phone (if you are an existing user, you have the option to receive your verification code via email)
4. Voila. If you are an existing user, you will be logged into your account. If you are a new user, you must follow the steps to complete your account.

What is a One-Time Password?

One-time password (OTP) is a password system that allows you to log in by sending you a text message with a new password every time you log in. This way you don’t have to remember a password.

How do I change my email address?

Settings → Account → Email

Change your email and click “Save changes”. You will receive a verification email for your new email address.

How do I change my phone number?

Phone numbers can’t be changed. If you desperately need to change your phone number contact us at [email protected] and we will see what we can do.

How do I update my country of residence?

To update country of residence, Creators must email [email protected] and be prepared to verify their new residence.
