You can report a post by clicking the three dots on the bottom right hand corner of the post. This will pull up a menu where the first option states “Report”. When you click “Report” a second menu appears where you can select the reason for the report.

To be a Creator you will need to verify your ID and complete a liveness check where Persona will scan your ID and face to make sure they match.
