What is our policy:

  1. Provide third-party vendors monthly reports that list all Content reported as illegal, in violation of the Platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, or requested to be removed.
  2. Provide third-party vendors a breakdown of all the relevant actions taken to resolve user reports of misconduct or requests for Content removal.
  3. Provide third-party vendors account credentials to access and view all paywalled Content for the audit and review of all compliance processes and procedures.

How we enforce our policy:

  1. SLUSHY tracks all Content reported as illegal, in violation of the Platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, or requested to be removed in a collaborative database (AirTable) that contains:
    1. User ID: The ID of the User who initiated the report
    2. Item ID: The ID of the post, hashtag, or account
    3. Item Type: The type of the reported item either post, hashtag or account
    4. Report ID: A reference ID for the report
    5. Report Reason:
      1. Child Abuse
      2. Animal Abuse
      3. Non-consensual Acts
      4. Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods
      5. Sexual Solicitation
      6. Bullying and Harassment
      7. Scams or Fraud
      8. Intellectual Property Infringement
      9. Violence
      10. Dangerous Groups and Individuals
      11. Suicide, Self Injury or Harm
      12. Bodily Fluids
      13. Private Information
      14. Hateful Content
    6. Status: Current status of the report
      1. open
      2. investigating
      3. resolved
    7. URL: The URL for the Content, profile page, or hashtag being reported or requested for removal
    8. Created at Date: A timestamp of when the report was created
    9. Due Date: A timestamp 7 days from Created at Date
    10. Resolution: All actions taken (can be more than one) will be recorded and include
      1. Removed Content
      2. Banned User
      3. Reported to Authorities
      4. No Action Required
      5. Suspended Account
    11. Resolved at Date: A timestamp of when the report was resolved
  2. SLUSHY will generate and share the Monthly Compliance Report with all third-party vendors on the first business day of each month.
  3. SLUSHY will create and provide all third-party vendors account credentials to access and view all paywalled Content for the audit and review of all compliance processes and procedures.

Other reporting

In addition to the reporting set out in this policy, SLUSHY will also, where required by applicable law or where SLUSHY deems it necessary, report Content that is illegal to the applicable authorities or law enforcement agency.
