1. You can let members message you for free and prioritize answering the messages that come with a tip.
2. You can require members to tip in order to send you a message by going to chat preferences in your settings.
3. You can set your chat alert threshold to a higher amount. This will entice members to tip higher so you are notified by SMS to come chat with them. You can set this alert threshold in your chat preferences.

The more you reply to your customers, the more likely it is that they will continue to tip you.

Chat is not only for messages, but also for content. Send your customers exclusive paywalled (locked or subscription) content in chat.

1. Locked content - Paywalled pay-per-view content
2. Subscription content - This content is included in your monthly subscription. If a member has an active subscription they will be able to see it. If they don’t it will entice them to sub.

Another way to sell your customers new content is by replying to their message and attaching paywalled content that they have to purchase in order to view.
